The experience
Camera
A high-speed cinema camera in every package, for the slow-motion look made famous on Hollywood red carpets.
Lighting
Three cinema lights included. For the full red-carpet experience, upgrade to Glam Lighting: paparazzi lights and a wind machine.
Crew
Film professionals with years on set: a Director, Robot Operator and Asset Manager on every booking, plus an Additional Technician with Deluxe and Premiere.
Run by the 2D House motion-control team, with more than 25 years of experience operating and programming robotic camera systems.
We bring the set to you
Travel is included within 50 km of our Etobicoke studio at 230 New Toronto St. It reaches most venues across Toronto and the GTA, from Oakville and Milton to Vaughan and Markham. Venues further away are available on request, subject to availability and travel charges.
Setup and teardown
About 3 hours to set up and 2 hours to tear down, outside your service window. Please make sure we have venue access for both.
Space
Deluxe and Premiere need about 3 × 6 m (10 × 20 ft). Mini and Classic need about 3 × 4.5 m (10 × 15 ft).
Power
Nothing to arrange. We bring battery power for all Glambot equipment and lights.
Your clips
Guests scan a QR code at the event and download their own Glambot clips.
Good to know
How much time do I get with the Glambot?
Every booking includes up to 4 hours of Glambot activation within a 6-hour service window. You plan how to use that time with our Director and crew. Up to 2 extra activation hours can be added at $600/hour, subject to crew and equipment availability.
How long are setup and teardown?
About 3 hours for setup and 2 hours for teardown, outside the service window. Please make sure we have venue access for both.
How much space does the Glambot need?
It depends on the system. Deluxe and Premiere need about 3 × 6 m (10 × 20 ft); Mini and Classic about 3 × 4.5 m (10 × 15 ft).
Do I need to provide power?
No. We bring battery power for all Glambot equipment and lights as part of the standard service.
Can the Glambot be customized?
Yes. We can add monograms, brand marks, graphics, backdrops, overlays and other personal touches. Just ask in advance: some options have extra fees and production deadlines.
How do guests receive their videos?
Guests scan a QR code at the event and download their own Glambot clips.
Do you travel to our venue?
